About Trinity Western University

The private Trinity Western University was founded in 1962 and is affiliated with the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, the Canadian University Press, the Association of Theological Schools in Canada and the United States, Universities in Canada, and the Association of Theological Schools in Canada. Previously, the institution was known as Trinity Western College. In British Columbia, it is regarded as the fourth-oldest institution. Science, liberal arts, and professional studies are prioritised at the university. The Royal Society of Canada recognises it as a member in good standing. The institution started two-year programmes in 1962, and as enrollment grew by 1980, it started offering bachelor's degree programmes. Currently, 14 board members oversee and govern the university.

The 157 acres that make up the university campus are spread out. It includes the Larsen Atrium, the Music Building, the Neufeld Science Center, Fraser Hall, and the Stanley Nelson Student Center. There are 33 buildings on the campus. Several departments are housed there, including the departments of geography, history, political science, and English. Art, Media & Culture Department is located in the Music building. The Neufeld Science Centre is the location of the Faculty of Natural & Applied Sciences.

The campus offers a serene academic atmosphere for the pupils. All of the university's seminars, events, quizzes, fests, and contests take place on the grounds. Near the university are a number of cafes and eateries. The school is close to numerous medical, general, and stationery establishments. All necessary facilities are offered to the students on campus. The residential halls and facilities are maintained by the university's managing committee. The institution also maintains a satellite campus in Ottawa where the departments of business studies, political science, communications, international studies, and history are located.

Both undergraduate and graduate programmes are available at the university. The university has roughly 4,000 students. The School of Business, the School of Arts, Media & Culture, the School of Human Kinetics, the School of Nursing, and the School of Education make up the six schools and faculties that make up the undergraduate curriculum. The Faculty of Natural & Applied Sciences and the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences are the two faculties. The knowledgeable professors teach the students. Business administration, theology, interdisciplinary humanities, and nursing are all offered as postgraduate programmes. The students have wonderful possibilities to experience and learn about the industry. They also do unpaid internships at reputable companies under the supervision of specialists.

Carolyn Arends, an author, songwriter, and musician; Roger Cross, a television and film actor; Bernie Herms, a producer, composer, and musician; Jonathan Auxier, a well-known author; Paul Janz, a former international musician; Tara Teng, a beauty pageant winner; Ryan Walter, an author; and Philipp H.
