City University of London (CUL) is a public research university in London, United Kingdom. It was established as the Northampton College in 1894 and became a university when Royal Charter created The City University in 1966. On 1 September 2016 City joined Federal University of London.

- UG – Overall 6.0 with No band less than 5.5 (IELTS 6.5 for business and IELTS 7.0 for journalism and law courses).
- PG – Overall 6.5 with No band less than 6.0(IELTS 7.0 for business, journalism and law courses).
TOEFL – 72 overall with no less than 17 in Writing and Listening, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking
PTE – 51 in each area (writing, speaking listening and reading).

International applicants studying in the UK on a Tier 4 visa must submit proof of English language proficiency. The minimum requirements for these test scores are as follows:
