Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is a private doctoral university in New York, United States. The university was founded in 1829 and is now the country's tenth largest private university in terms of full-time students. Its computer, art, engineering, and scientific programmes, as well as the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, are internationally recognised. It is regarded as one of New York's most prestigious engineering schools. Forbes Magazine ranked it fourth among the best universities in America's Best Midsize Employers for 2019.The University of Rochester's main campus is in Henrietta, New York. It covers over 1,300 acres in Rochester, New York's third-largest city. In addition to Dubai, it has campuses in Croatia (Dubrovnik), Croatia (Zagreb), Kosovo (Pristina), and China (Weihai). RIT Dubai is regarded as one of the world's leading places for sophisticated electrical research and design. Application Fee: A non -refundable amount of 65 USD is to be paid as application fee.

Admission Requirements: The following are the entrance criteria that international students must meet in order to be considered for admission.

  • A completed online application form
  • All official transcripts of previous education. These documents may be mailed or sent online.
  • English proficiency test scores
  • Financial support documents.
  • Study permit or F-1 visa for verification.
  • A copy of the students’ passport for identification

The administration of English Proficiency Tests is essential to assess candidates' English language abilities. English Proficiency Tests are used to assess the degree of English proficiency in students whose native or first language is not English or who have not completed at least four years of English education. This is done since English is the language of instruction in the United States, and such pupils will be able to follow the syllabi.
