Course Learning Outcomes

English Minimum Requirements

  • Academic IELTS: An overall band score of 6.0, with no individual band less than 6.0
  • TOEFL: Minimum score of 550, including Test of Written English of 5 or better
  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 70, with no individual score less than 17
  • GCE O Level: Grade C or better
  • WAUFP: 50% plus pass in ELACS
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma: Minimum grade 3 at higher level for an English subject, or minimum grade of 4 at standard level for an English subject
  • Pearson Test of English (PTE): PTE Academic 52, with no scores less than 50 for courses with a current requirement of Academic IELTS 6.0
  • University of Cambridge [Cambridge English: Advanced]: Post-2015: An overall score of 169, with no individual band less than 169.
  • Edexcel International GCSE: English Language A, English Language B, or English Literature - Grade C or above; English as a Second Language (ESL) - Grade B or above.
