The Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) degree is a joint collaboration between Algonquin College and Carleton University, and is designed to offer students programs centred around both a practical experience and a theoretical background. The Bachelor of Information Technology-Information Resource Management is a unique 4-year program which enables students to graduate with both a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Carleton University and a Library and Information Technician diploma from Algonquin College. In four years, graduates will obtain two credentials which would otherwise take 6 years to complete.
