The consecutive master builds on the bachelor's degree, but remains application-related. The main focus of the master's program is management and corporate management, real estate economics, building planning and implementation as well as human resources. The real estate and facility manager's range of applications will be expanded in line with this focus. Strategic and intercultural aspects, the formation of a personality profile and management skills are becoming increasingly important. The main objectives of the course include the training of leadership, steering, motivation and moderation skills, process-oriented independent thinking and acting as well as the strengthening of social competence.
