The aim of the MSc in HRM is to develop and equip established HR professionals with the knowledge and skill set to enable them to operate at a strategic level in the HRM and HRD profession.

An 18-month programme providing comprehensive coverage of the main role span of the HR professional in today’s organizations and providing the skill-set to operate at a strategic level.

Part One of the programme explores the nature and complexity of the context within which the human resource function operates.  Focus is placed on people management and development issues pertaining to specialist fields within the HR profession.

Part Two of the programme relates to leadership and management development, employee relationship management and preparation for the investigation of a real-life HR issue.

CIPD’s HR Professional Map provides a comprehensive view of the profession in terms of areas of work, behaviours engaged in and professional competence.

Academic qualification equivalents

  • Applicants should have an honours degree in a related subject.
  • Indian applicants will normally be required to achieve a first class/first division mark in their undergraduate programme at a good institution of higher education in India. At the discretion of academic departments, students with degrees awarded by top universities such as the University of Mumbai, University of Delhi, University of Calcutta, and the University of Pune, may be accepted with high second class/high second division marks. 

English language requirements (one of the below):
