Our past graduates have gone on to work in education, poverty reduction, charities and NGOs, consultancies, and government bodies both in Britain and overseas.

You might also choose to continue onto a research degree, such as our PhD/MPhil International Relations or PhD/MPhil Sociology.

 

Academic qualification equivalents

  • 3 year Bachelors or 4 year Bachelor Engineering or Technology, minimum division 2 (50% - 59%) in relevant subjects
  • 4 year Bachelor of Laws complying with above for entry to LLM
  • a recognised pre-Masters course

  • Our standard entry criteria for postgraduate taught and postgraduate research courses is IELTS 6.5, with nothing lower than 5.5 in any of the four elements (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
  • ETS TOEFL iBT with 88 overall and a minimum of 17 in Writing and Listening, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking
  • Pearson PTE with 61 overall and a minimum of 51 in all components.
