This Occupational Therapy degree at RGU will provide you with the skills to make a difference, working with people to overcome challenges in their lives. Working in a range of ways with individuals, groups and communities, you will use your specialist Occupational Therapy Skills to enable people to overcome challenges to participate more fully in life.

This is the first course in the UK offering a four-year Master of Occupational Therapy award. It has been developed in response to employer needs and key current policy and social directives. It will develop you into an Occupational Therapist who is; professional, resilient, creative, practical and dedicated to implementing contextually relevant occupational therapy services which promote and enhance health, wellness and quality of life for individuals and populations.

​​​Academic qualification equivalents

• The Standard Indian XII (10+2) examinations from CBSE, CISCE or State Boards of Higher Secondary Education are acceptable for admission to our Bachelor degree programmes.

An average mark of 70 - 85% or higher (best of 5 academic subjects) in the Standard Indian XII Higher Secondary School certificates awarded by the central boards (CBSE, CISCE) or a state board, or equivalent, with 75% or higher where subject requirements are stipulated (comparable with Grade B at A Level).

English language requirements (one of the below):

•  IELTS: 6.0 with minimum of 5.5 in all four elements of the test
• TOEFL iBT : 80  with minimum marks as follows: Listening - 17,Reading - 18,Speaking - 20
  Writing - 17
• PTE:56 overall  with minimum of 51 in each component
