This course was developed in response to an NHS skills-shortage and is designed for healthcare professionals looking for their next career step or those looking for a change in career direction.

The course will equip you with the diverse knowledge and skills required for effective service planning and delivery including; a critical understanding of relevant policy, data analytics and informed decision-making, principles of change management, effective leadership, and understanding the needs from the buildings used to deliver care. 

Drawing on expertise from across RGU, the course includes modules delivered by Aberdeen Business School, Applied Social Studies, Architecture and the Built Environment, Computing, Health Sciences and Nursing and Midwifery.
