On this course you gain the core skills and knowledge relevant to most areas of property management and construction. Areas of study include building studies, sustainability for the built environment, project planning, law, finance and economics, and the impact of environmental issues in relation to business property. The knowledge and skills you gain are vital in modern international property business.

You will have the opportunity to undertake site visits to learn aspects of the management of business property from presentations by real estate professionals with many years’ experience in the industry. We also offer opportunities to get involved in projects which study some of the larger developments taking place in the Sheffield City Region. Applicants with the following qualifications from India will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes

• HND qualifications will be considered for entry to the second or third year of a relevant undergraduate degree

• Applicants who have completed the first year of an undergraduate degree at an Indian university may be considered for direct entry to Sheffield Hallam University undergraduate programmes.
