About Real Estate in University of Aberdeen
Specialising in real estate and valuation and Investment, the functioning of commercial and residential real estate markets, and the institutions of the real estate investment industry.
The Real Estate discipline is part of the Business School. The discipline has attracted funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), the EU, and a range of commercial and professional sponsors including the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF). The research is organized in the Centre for Real Estate Research (CRER).

Careers
Graduates have been successful in establishing careers in a wide range of industries and sectors. Graduates are to be found in many leading industrial and financial organisations as well as universities.
Many of our overseas students return to senior positions in their own country.

- The postgraduate fee is variable and depends upon the degree chosen and discount of around 20% can be availed by Alumni of college
- For Undergraduate arts degree annual fee is of £ 17,200 which adds up for £68,800 and for engineering it is £19,700 and a total of £78,800.
- As per the calculation done by college the minimum cost of living in the U.K which covers all the basic expenses is around £1,000.
