About BA (hons) Fashion Textiles: Knit in University of the Arts London

This textiles degree specialising in knit, teaches students how to design and produce surface pattern and texture for fashion fabrics in preparation for a career as a textiles designer.

  • Industry placement: Placements with established and emerging companies have included Mark Fast, Yang Li, and Erdem. Live project partners have included Adidas, the Bow Arts Museum, Burberry, and Arcadia, as well as Charles Jeffery in conjunction with the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford.

Entry requirements

  • High School leaving examinations - We will consider any High School leaving examinations that are considered to be the equivalent to A-level examinations in the UK.

English language requirements

  • IELTS: 6.0 - 6.5 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each component.
  • TOEFL iBT: 80 - 90 overall.
  • PTE Academic: 51 - 58 (with no less than 51 in each component).
