About Accounting Major (bba) in Dallas Baptist University

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (BBA Accounting) program equips students to pursue a career in professional accounting. Graduates work in both the public and private sectors, as well as a diverse number of other disciplines such as consulting and governmental work. Accounting students are held to a high academic standard and must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. If a student is interested in becoming a Certified Public Accountant, DBU offers a 5-year accelerated master’s program that fulfills Texas CPA requirements and prepares the student to sit for the examination.
