Complete the full master’s degree in one calendar year with our unique cohort-style model. Students will complete the degree in a series of six 8-week modules. Students will attend courses in the evenings twice per week, taking two courses per module, and in-course sessions will be supplemented with online work to accelerate completion time.

In this program, you will also:

  • Develop your knowledge, skills, and ethics as a competent and effective I/O psychologist 

  • Learn to apply a broad range of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary knowledge and skills in multicultural and global settings
  • Engage in evidence-based research and learn to apply that knowledge appropriately within organizations
  • Complete your degree in one year with our accelerated, hybrid format program. Classes meet in the evenings twice per week with supplemental coursework online.
  • Gain real-world experience through an applied project
  • Learn from faculty who are both scientists and practitioners working in the field
  • Have the option to work on research projects with faculty
  • Applicants typically admitted have less than 5 undergraduate failing grades (F’s or backlogs) and a minimum Bachelor’s grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (based on the traditional USA 4.0 scale.
