California State Institution, Fullerton is a public university in Fullerton, California, that was founded in 1967. The university is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and has the largest student body of the 23-campus California State University (CSU) system (WASC).

The university's 240-acre campus is located in northeast Fullerton, near the Orange Freeway. The campus contains a number of sophisticated academic and recreational buildings that provide students with world-class facilities.

College of the Arts, Colleges of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, College of Communications, and four vocational colleges, College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Health and Human Development, Steven Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, and College of Education, organise the academic departments and programmes at California State University Fullerton.

The eight colleges offer 109 degrees, including 57 bachelor's degrees and 52 master's degrees, as well as numerous certificate and credential programmes in fields such as arts, music, theatre, business, economics, communication, advertising, journalism, education, engineering, computer science, health, psychology, science, and others.

The institution has a total of 41,408 students, including 1,266 international students from 77 countries, as well as over 4,000 staff and academic members (2020). A large pavilion, food court, small theatre, pub, meeting rooms, and a bowling alley are all part of the Titan Student Union. Faculty offices, large classrooms, and student support services are all housed in the five-story University Hall.
