a) All applications of GSET will be accepted only through online https://admissionsdirect.com/

b) Only Indian citizens can apply for GSET

c) Applications should be completed in every detail to avoid rejection of the same by the governing body of GSET.

d) In case the documents to be submitted for GSET are in vernacular languages, applicants are requested to upload certified copies of translations of these documents in English.

e) Students who are currently pursuing Under Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) courses in lndia can also apply for GSET

f) GSET is meant for admissions only in EU Universities or colleges enlisted for scholarships in AD Portal.

g) Applicants are advised to read all the instructions regarding GSET on www.admissionsdirect.com

h) Applicants should clearly mention the course name in the application

i) GSET is also applicable for Diploma/ Short-term courses in EU countries.

j) Passport size photograph of applicant should be uploaded on AD portal.

k) The application will be scrutinized by the governing body of GSET for eligibility of scholarship.

l) Copy of original documents related to the qualifications should be attached with GSET application for verification by the College/University.

m) The letter of awards of scholarship will be issued to students only after 20 days from the test.

n) Applicant will have 7 working days’ time to accept / reject the scholarship upon receipt of letter of awards of scholarship.

o) lf the submitted documents are not found genuine by the institution, the scholarship offer will be revoked and Admissions Direct will not be liable for any cost incurred.

p) ln case applicant wishes to accept the offer, an automated acceptance letter has to be signed digitally by the student and submitted for further process.

q) lt may be noted that the admission offer remains provisional and subjective of various factors relating to the respective country’s educational policy and immigration guidelines.

r) Applicants should follow the Covid Protocols issued by the government at the time of scholarship test.

s) In case the student is terminated by the institution during the course period, the scholarship will become invalid.

t) Scholarship shall be disbursed on the basis of regular progress of the student. In case the student fails in first and/or second year examinations and does not get promoted the scholarship will be revoked.
